Window Tint Refund & Warranty Policy
At Carson Auto Spa, we take pride in providing high-quality window tint installations. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and this policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, repairs, and warranties.
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
All window tint services are non-refundable once completed. Tint is a custom-installed product, and all sales are final.
2. Warranty Coverage
We offer a lifetime warranty on our window tint film and installation, covering:
- Peeling
- Bubbling
- Fading (excluding normal wear over time if applicable)
If any of these issues occur within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected tint at no cost.
3. Installation Imperfections
Minor imperfections (such as small dust particles or slight haziness) may be visible immediately after installation and are considered normal during the curing process (typically 3–7 days, depending on weather conditions).
Customers are encouraged to allow proper curing time before requesting corrections.
4. Eligibility for Re-Service
We will re-service your vehicle if:
- There is a clear installation defect
- The issue is reported within 7 days of service
- The tint has not been damaged by the customer or external factors
5. Exclusions (Not Covered)
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning
- Scratches from seatbelts, pets, or sharp objects
- Pre-existing glass defects
- Requests for removal or changes in tint shade after installation
6. Appointment Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must:
- Follow aftercare instructions
- Avoid rolling down windows for at least [2–4 days]
- Allow proper curing time before judging final appearance
